A practice of ETE Oversight

ETE AI Solutions.
Practical AI. Purposeful progress.

Turn a real operational problem into a focused AI workflow. Start with the work people do, prepare the knowledge it needs, and measure whether the change is worthwhile.

Our starting point

Less searching.
Less repetitive work.
More useful capacity.

Our initial focus is internal knowledge and employee-support workflows for professional-services teams, alongside scoped engagements with implementation and managed IT partners.

Use established tools where they fit. Start with a small user group and an accountable owner. Expand only when the results justify it.

Examples worth exploring

  • An internal assistant grounded in approved procedures
  • Employee onboarding and policy questions with source references
  • Drafting routine client responses for human review
  • Preparing document summaries and routing exceptions

Illustrative use cases, not claims of completed projects. Suitability depends on your data, tools, and operating requirements.

A practical path to adoption

Prepare. Pilot. Improve.

Value beyond the demo

Measure the work.
Then decide what scales.

Compare task quality, completion time, review effort, usage costs, and adoption against the starting process. Time released is not automatically cash saved; the business case needs to explain how capacity will be used.

Technical access, tool suitability, specialist delivery responsibilities, and availability are confirmed before an engagement. Pricing follows the agreed scope.

People remain in control.

  • Approved tools and defined data boundaries
  • Human review for consequential outputs and actions
  • Clear escalation and a manual fallback
  • User training and documented ownership
  • Agreed review cadence and support limits

Delivery testing is part of a pilot. It is not independent assurance of ETE’s own work. Independent review requires a separate qualified reviewer.

Which workflow would you improve first?

Tell us what takes too long, where knowledge gets lost, or where your team repeats the same work. We’ll explore whether a focused AI pilot is a sensible next step.
