A practice of ETE Oversight

ETE Assurance.
Confidence needs evidence.

Examine AI before you buy, deploy, expand, or renew. Bring performance, business value, permissions, and human oversight into one clearly scoped decision.

Start here / Workflow Readiness Review

One workflow.
A decision you can defend.

A strong demo does not tell you how a system will perform with your documents, users, and operating constraints. Start with a defined workflow and test against agreed acceptance criteria.

For professional-services teams, AI vendors, implementation partners, and government programs with a concrete adoption decision.

What the review brings together

  • Representative tasks and a baseline for comparison
  • Answer quality, errors, review effort, and operating costs
  • Data access, action permissions, and human approval
  • Exception handling, intervention, and fallback
  • A written evidence record and prioritized next steps

What you receive

Findings you can use.
Limits you can see.

The ETE Assurance Report records scope, assessed configuration, methods, observations, evidence gaps, and recommended actions. Your organization retains deployment authority.

Assessment is not a certification or a promise that a system cannot fail. Conclusions apply to the agreed scope and available evidence.

Independence is a responsibility.

We disclose relevant funding and implementation relationships. Fees are not contingent on a favorable outcome.

ETE does not describe reviews of its own implementation work as independent assurance. Where ETE AI Solutions has delivered a workflow, a separate qualified reviewer is needed for an independent conclusion.
