ETE AI Solutions / Focused adoption

The 30-Day
AI Workflow Pilot.

A structured path from one operational problem to a tested workflow and an informed next decision. Start small enough to learn, and measure what matters.

The indicative plan

One workflow.
Four purposeful stages.

The 30-day plan begins once scope, technical resources, and necessary access are ready. Actual timing is agreed in the proposal and depends on complexity, approvals, and data readiness.

01 / Discover

Choose the work

Define one workflow, a process owner, users, baseline performance, and acceptance criteria. Confirm whether AI is appropriate.

02 / Prepare

Set the boundaries

Agree approved tools, source documents, access, human approvals, technical responsibilities, and test cases.

03 / Pilot

Try it with real users

Configure the scoped workflow, test representative tasks, train a limited group, and record errors, review effort, and feedback.

04 / Decide

Make the result useful

Compare outcomes with the baseline. Document costs, limitations, handover needs, and the case to expand, revise, or stop.

A concrete handover

More than a working demo.

  • Workflow brief, baseline, and success measures
  • Scoped pilot configuration and documented access boundaries
  • Representative test results and known limitations
  • User guidance, ownership, and escalation steps
  • Outcome review with costs and a recommended next decision

A good fit starts with readiness.

A defined process, an accountable owner, approved knowledge sources, available users, and access to suitable tools make a pilot practical.

Complex integrations, production rollout, high-stakes autonomous decisions, ongoing support, and independent certification are not assumed to be included. Any additional work and third-party tool costs are agreed separately.

ETE’s delivery testing is not an independent assessment of its own implementation. A separate qualified reviewer is needed where an independent conclusion is required.

Clarity starts with a conversation

Start with a problem worth solving.

Share the workflow, current tools, and desired outcome. We’ll assess fit and agree scope, delivery responsibilities, fees, and timing before work begins.
